Located just off campus near Engineering, Camp Randall and Union South, you can't get a much better location than Randall Station! Apartments come furnished and also include dishwashers, built-in microwaves and central air conditioning. Randall Station is also located near the Route 80 bus. Our 5 bedrooms are either 3 or 4 bedrooms, except 46 N Orchard St #2 which is flat. All our 5 bedrooms have 2 bathrooms, but some floor plans include an extra sink and vanity on the top floor.
- Water, hot water, trash, and internet are included in the rent. Residents pay for electric and gas (where applicable).
- Security deposit = 1 month's rent.
