4 Lakes Properties is looking for individuals to work full time hours to help our staff complete grounds and painting projects, at our downtown apartment communities. Hours are 7:30 am to 4:00pm. Responsibilities would include grounds cleanup, trimming, weed control, interior and exterior painting, general cleaning, basement cleaning, carpet removal, general maintenance, planting flowers and shrubs, mowing lawns and other tasks as requested. Preferred applicant would have a great work ethic, willing to learn, want to work a fulltime schedule. Flexible start and end times possible. Part time availability also considered. Work hard make money. We always have projects to keep anyone busy. $15/hour

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Complete work orders assigned to them in a timely manner based on priority. Assist Turning Units in between tenant occupancy (Mandatory overtime weekend hours may be required) Painting both interior and exterior applications. Maintaining grounds. Assists in preventative maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas. Snow Removal. Exterior Structural maintenance as needed. Perform on call after hours service on a scheduled rotation, handle emergency service. Assist with interior and exterior remodel projects. Other duties and special projects as assigned. $24+/hour DOE
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
24+ months' experience in general maintenance.

Responsibilities would include grounds cleanup, trimming, weed control, interior and exterior painting, general cleaning, swimming pool care, carpet removal, general maintenance, planting flowers and shrubs and other tasks as requested. Preferred applicant would have a great work ethic, willing to learn, want to work a fulltime schedule. Flexible start and end times possible. Part time Availibilty also considered.
