This role is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, upkeep, and light maintenance of our properties.

 

* Perform light maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, testing smoke and fire alarms, and painting.

* Snow removal. (Some mandatory overtime weekends required)

* Ensure all common areas are cleaned and ready for residents.

* Perform seasonal grounds work to maintain the property's appearance.

* Take garbage cans to the curb.

* Clean basements and laundry machines.

* Occasionally clean vacant apartments.

 

* Basic knowledge of general grounds maintenance and cleaning.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

* Valid Drivers License

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Previous groundskeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

 

* Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

* Some weekends during snow events, and apartment turnover season.

Fulltime to flexible schedule summer grounds keeper, general labor and painter for downtown and westside apartment communities. Responsible for performing all necessary grounds work, painting, cleaning, and light maintenance.

 

*Trimming bushes.

*Spreading mulch and rock.

*Planting flowers, bushes and trees.

*Clean parking garages.

*Clean up grounds including picking up pet waste.

*Service and clean common areas.

*Painting. (Painting experience is a plus)

*Moving furniture in and out of apartments.

*Perform other related duties as directed.

 

Flexible Scheduling up to 40 hours/week for people that are interested.
